Position Information
TITLE: Admissions Specialist
STATUS: Full-time, benefited
JOB DESCRIPTION: The admissions specialist will be the main contact for students applying for admissions with Dakota College at Bottineau.
They will be responsible for evaluating and assisting in the application process with potential students and being able to guide them in a direction to complete the steps to be a student at our institution.
This individual will be the central contact for students and be able to connect them with the necessary people to help complete admissions paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: High School diploma/GED with experience in related field.
Experience in Microsoft Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a detailed orientated atmosphere.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with records and files.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Associate or Bachelor Degree
