Enerbase is a local cooperative that is one of three parent coops of Dakota Agronomy Partners, which was formed in 1999.
Enerbase owns and operates 12 Cenex branded convenience stores and a major supplier of Cenex fuel.
Enerbase also owns and operates Agrabase, which is an ag assembly division.
Enerbase offers competitive pay, with this position starting at $18 per hour and can vary DOE.

This position will be a Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM position with no weekends unless special exception may request it.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for walk in and phone customers.
The ideal candidate will have the experience and ability to maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork with the company and a favorable image of the Cooperative.
Greet all visitors promptly.
Manage and handle 12 plus line phone system professionally and promptly.
Maintain proper coverage at all times ensuring backup when needed.
Manage office supplies to include ordering, storing and controlling inventory through approved vendors.
Handles cash and credit transactions that patrons and customers pay on current accounts receivable.
Verify cash through processing cash invoices for daily deposit and reporting of our in house departments.
Accounts receivable duties including day to day reports of our in house departments
Open and closing duties include managing cash drawer, vault, proper closing and locking of secure documents and doors.
Handle credit card gift purchases in high volume
Sort and distribute mail daily.
Daily and bulk mail handled in a timely manner as communicated by marketing or other departments.
Manage patron address changes as requested
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED.
Demonstrated abilities towards very high customer focus and vendor relationships.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and the abiltiy to multi-task.
Ability to work well with a team, as a team member and a leader.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, willingness to learn new software applications.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working within an office setting managing phone and customer traffic.
Knowledge of Cooperative business.
Knowledge of the Agvantage system.
