ROLE STATEMENT: The Dispatcher will be a member of the Field Operations Department responsible for managing all employee and equipment dispatch needs for all corresponding shifts.
Reporting to the Frac Manager, the Dispatcher will focus on working well with all business units to ensure an efficient and trouble-free operation.
Schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off
Hours: 6am-6pm
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES (including, but not limited to):
Adheres to and inspires others to adhere to the Corporate Code of Business ethics
Answer and direct all incoming calls
Manage visitors of the company by answering questions, directing applicants and solicitors, etc.
Maintain equipment inventory
Dispatch equipment and employees to appropriate locations
Assign transportation drivers to perform specific tasks, deliver specific units, and oversee the routing of said units
Apply for OS/OW permits; keep track of all permits requested/received via a ledger
Maintains District Equipment list
Maintain magnet boards denoting where all equipment is located, crew listing, as well as units needing or undergoing maintenance
Ensure proper equipment is sent to and from locations is an efficient and timely manner
Audit Journey Management and Unit-Specific Pre-Trip Checklists
Audit ELS information, maintain records of ELS document changes
Maintain inter-company mailboxes
Communicate with Maintenance department on all units moving and any Maintenance items needed
Maintain ledger of all equipment test sheets
Create schedules for transportation drivers
Communicate to all necessary employees important weather alerts, road conditions, and other items that could impact unit travel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in dispatch role
High School diploma or equivalent
