Our Guest Service Agent (Full and Part-Time Positions) is Responsible for assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service; checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries; maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, guest service and maintenance issues, laundry and light cleaning and positively representing and promoting the property.
