Summary of Work
* Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the buildings.
* Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
* Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
* Maintains a neat and orderly area ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
* Washes windows.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Working with the park team your duties help ensure the park and facilities showcase the beauty of the North Dakota landscape, maintain the integrity of the building and grounds, and may include working in a marina or around horses.
You may be required to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Minimum Qualifications
* Applicant must be at least 16 years of age.
* Related work experience in general maintenance, including tasks such as janitorial, painting, landscaping, grounds keeping, etc.
* Ability to use general maintenance equipment such as ladders, hand tools, etc.
* Ability to withstand exposure to varying weather conditions/temperatures for extended periods and work effectively during daylight and evening hours.
* Ability to move 50 to 100 lbs.

* Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with the ability to operate motor vehicles to include cars, pickups, and grounds maintenance equipment.
