Front Desk Agent 3 pm - 11 pm shifts - Candlewood Suites

*The Award Winning Candlewood Suites Extended Stay Hotel, Williston, ND* is looking for experienced Front Desk Associates to join our outstanding Front Desk team for our 3 pm - 11 pm shifts.
Qualified applicants must be able to work in a team atmosphere and present a friendly service oriented demeanor.
Responsibilities: * Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times presenting a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor * Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone * Checks Guests in and out of hotel * Makes hotel reservations * Provides directions and guest assistance as needed * Demonstrates good computer skills * Accurately handles cash and charges * Stand for long periods of time Previous hotel experience a plus.
Customer service experience preferred, likes to interact with people and must have an outgoing personality.
Someone who enjoys smiling.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
