Bartender/Customer Service

The Range is a sports bar featuring three golf and three shooting simulators, craft cocktails, retail, and golf and shooting instruction.
We are Purveyors of fun! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Bar Tender to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 21.
Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service to customers.
* Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
* Maintain customer records and accounts.
* Provide information about products and services.
* Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
