PARK MANAGER HIGHAIR GROUND Position Title: Park Manager Job Status: Permanent, Full-time Department: Management Reports to: Owner, Denise Lindbo Job Summary Our team is made up of people who like to have fun with kids and families.
We have created a place where guests can soar in open jump arenas, jump into foam pits, play trampoline dodgeball, rock climb, and play games to their heart’s content.
We also offer a superior birthday party and family gathering experience, quality food and private party rooms, along with exciting arcade games.
Most importantly, our teams will be coached to provide a safe play environment for kids of all ages.

This position is for a highly motivated candidate to support our vision and to add to our outstanding leadership team.
In this role, the Park Manager motivates, instills accountability, and achieves results to drive success in the position while maintaining our upbeat culture and friendly environment.
This role provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.
The Park Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operations as well as overseeing the general operation of HighAir Ground.

Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and staff * Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service * Lead and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity * Select, develop and train staff for more responsibility in order to promote them to leadership roles * Maintain weekly schedules and employee accountability * Implement progressive discipline when necessary.
* Ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs as directed * Assist with inventory and controlling expenses * Responsible for all aspects of the operation including entertainment, food, beverage and property inspections * Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and philosophies * Respond to all customer inquiries (pricing, hours, attire, parties, fundraising opportunities, events, policies, general company information, complaints, suggestions, etc.
) * Respond to customer injuries and complete incident reports as needed * Maintain and supervise building maintenance, including surveillance equipment and cameras * Maintain social media content and promotions, including Facebook, Instagram, and website * Create and execute networking possibilities within the community Qualifications and Skills * Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude! * Superior communication skills and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc) * Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing environment * Ability to remain calm and resolve conflicts * Experience in hospitality is preferred (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos or Restaurants) * 1+ year supervisory or management experience preferred * Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility * Computer Skills a must — Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed to set an example for staff * Ability to enthusiastically interact with others * Adaptability, flexibility and general enthusiasm for the business * Valid driver’s license * Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills * Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks Physical Demands · Required to stand for long periods of time.
· Required to walk and move around constantly.
· Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
· Occasionally required to bend, lift or climb.
· Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater).
· Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours.
· May be required to drive on Company business · Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.
· Able to work on a computer for long periods of time Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly exposed to moving people.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
