Typical Day of a Senior Accountant
Apply generally accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information
Accurate processing and analysis of inventory
Accounts Payable processing
Accounts Receivable processing
Route accounting
Perform both daily and monthly reconciliations
Resolve any discrepancies in a professional manner
Complete month-end tasks including: monthly reports, general ledger entries, and accrual entries
Perform general administrative support such as copying, faxing, filing, etc.
Inventory observation and controls
Other duties as assigned by management
Who you are?
You have knowledge and familiarity with accounting principles.
You have 2-4 years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory controls, and other accounting activities.
You are a doer and a thinker!
You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet.
You have a Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
