Pure Dakota Health is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary.
As we expand our footprint throughout the state of North Dakota, we are currently accepting applications for a full-time Dispensing Agent at our Williston dispensary.
We are seeking a full time day maker who has a bubbly personality, integrity, dependability, and strives to exceed customer service expectations.
Our Dispensing Agents assist customers with their purchases, recommend cannabis products, operate the cash register and accurately process payments in a fast paced environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide an exceptional customer experience for patients while accurately entering and processing patient information/transactions.
Operate the cash register.
Provides product knowledge on medicating options, methods of consumption, and strain information.
Assists patients with product selection.
Maintain store visual standards through stocking, cleaning and sanitation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Execute high customer experience standards, must have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with a variety of people with a positive attitude.
Cash handling experience required, ability to balance a cash register each shift
Minimum of two years of retail and/or customer facing experience.
Prior Customer service experience
Ability to problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of basic computer skills required, point of sale system preferred.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Must be professional in appearance, actions, and verbal communication
Ability to work days and evenings Tuesday through Saturday
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Must be able to pass an extensive state-mandated background check, no felonies allowed.
Clean driving record required.
Valid driver's license required along with reliable transportation.
