We offer different specialties, OB, Pediatrics, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care and value the AIDET program.
This is a PRN position that will work weekdays from 9am-5pm.
What you will do:
Provide excellent customer service skills and patient relations.
Friendly, professional, and upbeat personality.
Initiative-taking to greet and care for all guests, patients and visitors who enter the facility.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greets and welcomes all guests entering McKenzie Health.
Provides a positive customer/patient experience with professional, friendly, and courteous service.
Utilizes and perfects AIDET skills.
Provides customers with information about products and pricing.
Provides visitors and guests with site information and directions as needed.
Registers sales on a point of sale by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases.
Resolve Customer/Patient issues and answers questions.
Offers to bag all purchases.
Processes return transactions.
Itemizes total purchases by recording prices, scanning items, and running a cash register.
Adjusts prices as directed by manager.
Applies employee discounts.
Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or credit cards, makes, and counts back change for cash customers.
Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
Helps with inventory and rearranging and restocking as needed.
Fills vending machines, discarding any expired or damaged goods.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following McKenzie Health procedures, rules, and regulations.
Provides a “Thank You” to all guests for visiting McKenzie Health upon exit.
