Responsibilities
Works with RN and provider to utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs and priorities of care through assessment and planning of care based on delegated tasks, patient needs, therapeutic interventions, and evaluation of the patient’s response.
Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.
This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.
Qualifications
Licensed by the State of North Dakota Board of Nursing (LPN)
Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS)
Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
No experience required
Strong oral communications skills
Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people
Strong critical thinking skills
Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Clinic LPN experience preferred
Pay Range
$19.
73 - $27.
