As a Registered Nurse (Floor Nurse), you will provide exceptional patient care on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterizations, injections, and IV therapy.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, charts, and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
9.
Recognize and address potential patient safety risks, utilizing critical thinking and taking appropriate actions.
10.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuous education activities to enhance professional competence and remain updated on current trends in nursing practice.
11.
Exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
12.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and nursing standards while advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their well-being.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.
Valid and current registered nurse (RN) license in the United States.
2.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, though an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted.
3.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other specialty certifications as required.
4.
Proven experience as a registered nurse (floor nurse) in a hospital or healthcare setting.
5.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply evidence-based practice in patient care.
6.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
7.
Solid understanding of electronic medical record systems and proficiency in computer applications.
