Responsibilities and Duties: 1.
Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
3.
Aid patients in mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
4.
Assist in positioning and repositioning patients to prevent pressure ulcers.
5.
Help with patient feeding and maintaining proper nutrition.
6.
Provide emotional support to patients by actively listening and engaging in conversation.
7.
Assist in the delivery of patient medications and treatments under the supervision of medical professionals.
8.
Document patient observations, changes in condition, and any incidents accurately and timely.
9.
Keep patient rooms clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
10.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
11.
Maintain infection control protocols and contribute to maintaining a sterile environment.
12.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
13.
Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests for assistance.
14.
Update and maintain patient medical records and documentation accurately.
15.
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in nursing care.
Qualifications and Skills: 1.
Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited training program.
2.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3.
Valid CPR certification.
4.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Compassionate and empathetic toward patients.
6.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
8.
Attention to detail and a keen observant eye.
9.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
10.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
