EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday
POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a member of the Front Desk Team under the Intake Supervisor.
Responsible for promptly greeting visitors, patients, and families upon arrival; coordinates the intake of the insurance/financial information and the discharge of the patient from the clinic.
Responsible for collecting and posting payments.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
High school diploma or GED
BLS Certification upon hire
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Graduate of a certified medical administrative assistant program
Experience:
Required
Competent computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Two (2) years of community health and/or physician’s office
Experience with electronic medical records
