* *LOCATION*: Minot AFB - 196 Missile Ave, Minot AFB, ND 58705.
* *SCHEDULE: *Mon – Fri 8hrs shifts between: 7:00am – 5:00pm (+ 1hr lunch break)
* *BENEFITS*: 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick Leave
* *PAY PACKAGE: *_$_38.

*DENTAL HYGIENIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS*

* *RDH LICENSE*: Must provide an active Dental Hygienist License
* *EDU REQ*: Must provide a diploma/equivalent showing proof of Dental Hygienist curriculum completion.
* *BLS CERT*: Must provide a non-expired Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
* *CURRENT INSURANCE*: Must send over ONLY if choosing AMG Insurance Coverage option
