*Job Title:* Driver/Warehouse Associate
*Reports to:* Warehouse Manager / Lead
*Department:* Supply Chain
*Status:* Hourly
*Job Summary**: *
Responsible for transporting goods in a timely and safe manner, with a focus on vehicles weighing under 26,000 lbs.
(Class C).
In addition to driving duties, this role will also involve supporting warehouse operations during non-driving hours.
Assist and serve customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting.
Coordinating deliveries schedules to meet customer requests.
Direct-to-customer supply and customer service are key responsibilities of this role, along with loading, stocking and/or shelving products, unloading products and materials, and helping with inventory.
Helps keep warehouse and surrounding grounds/yard in neat condition.
*Education and Experience Requirements* * One year’s experience in a warehouse or driving setting.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a driver, preferably with a focus on vehicles under 26,000 lbs.
* Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required in warehouse duties.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
Verifiable experience and training may be substituted.
*Certificates, Licenses, Registrations* * Forklift Certification/ability to become certified (offered by employer) * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

* Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
* Ships, receives, stores, and/or moves materials within the warehouse, loading area or storage area.
* Verifies that orders are accurately filled.
Ensures that shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information.
Prepares and keeps records of goods shipped.
* Drives forklift in a safe manner.
* Keeps warehouse and outside grounds/yard clean and orderly.
* Other duties as assigned.
