We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children (between the ages of 1 year and 2 years old) can learn and grow.
Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.
*Responsibilities:*
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and parent involvement activities
- Assess children's progress through observation, documentation, and assessment tools
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning
*Skills:*
- Previous experience in babysitting, early childhood education, daycare, or related field
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
-*Must be able to pass a background check.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide a nurturing environment for young children
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations is a plus
- *CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or able to get within 3 months of hire.
