As an Inventory Assistant, you will be expected to:
Support the Operations team with a variety of inventory and administrative tasks
Be able to interact with corporate staff, BeMobile Leadership teams, and Directors
Maintain proficient knowledge and understanding of the systems and processes in the industry
Manage the disposal of defective/damaged equipment to vendors
Make timely orders to maintain adequate levels to support store sales
Generate consistent reports on time and when requested by management regarding operational aspects as well as other company initiatives
Confidentially and ethically manage the software and programs of the company
Other tasks, duties and responsibilities include:
Photocopying and printing various documents
Organizing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Attending meetings and taking notes
Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other internal systems
Key Skills to be successful at this position include:

A background in administration and/or sales is preferred.
A college degree is a definite plus.
The ability to optimize opportunities for you while working in a team-environment is a must.
Starting wage range: $12.
00- $15.
00/hour depending on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
