We are seeking a customer-focused administrative assistant to provide support to our Watford City branch and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle communication in English and Spanish.
Retrieve, sort and route mail.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence.
Assist with planning and executing business related meetings, activities, events and sponsorships.
Assist with managing schedules and calendar appointments.
Prepare agendas, notices, and meeting minutes.
Arrange travel plans and itineraries, along with necessary preparation and materials.
Perform necessary administrative tasks such as accounts payables, typing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
Keep lobby and surrounding areas tidy and stocked with all necessary supplies.
Monitor visitor access and issues security passes when required.
Assist with various projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Prior administrative assistance experience and/or training preferred.
